La Boina - Saint-Jean-de-Luz

Excellent food and service there, quality of ingredients mussels, desserts, paella homemade). Efficient service, less crowded than other city center places, still near beach.

We were part of a group tour to Biarritz and had just come down from the wonderful Rhune cog railway. Although we were slightly late the restaurant made us veey welcome, as if we were all individuals. They had chosen our menu. It was varied, very well presented and delicious. There was no problem catering for our vegetarians, who were very pleased with their dishes. The best meal of our tour by far.

A superb discovery, a charming setting, an excellent cuisine made of fresh and local products. The service is the most pleasant. We will return to our next visit to the region. It's really better sometimes to eat just behind the seafront and eat well. Congratulations to the chief and the person who served us.

We wanted to eat in a quiet place without too far from downtown. So we found this restaurant only a street from the beach just behind the Casino de Saint Jean de Luz. A warm welcome and an original menu with a typical cuisine of the region. Refined dishes, very well presented with a generous portion! We recommend the menu that is at a reasonable price and that shaves the right eaters! Thanks to the cuistos for this treatise and the waitress for its kindness and detailed explanations on the dishes of the map. We will certainly return if we return to the region!
