Le Quai Fleuri - Saint-Jean-d'Angély

Have been there 3 or 4 times. Whatever time you arrive, it takes ages to get your food even if you are there at 12pm. The food is good, but maybe offer fewer choices to make it easier on the kitchen. The coffee is awful, it's tepid and does not seem fresh. As it's close to the campsite, it's ideally located, and we think the Quai Feuri itself is great, but please get some decent coffee. Many times I see the staff looking at their mobile phones. If your phones are more important, perhaps you need a different job. The people who serve are pleasant, I will say that.

Great place for lunch, beautiful setting opposite the lake. Really good deal on the 3 course plate of the day. Fresh buffet, main course and dessert. Popular with locals and tourists alike. Plenty of parking for cars and camper vans. After lunch you can go for a lovely walk along the lakes shores

I had the 3 course lunch time set menu for 12 euros. The food was very good and the service was good too.

Friendly and good atmosphere and simple and efficient dishes at reasonable prices
