This is an out of the ordinary pre experience review simply based on the care the owner clearly has about his business and ensuring each customer review has a thoughtful and clear response.Owning a business is hard but taking customer service to the next level to personally outreach to the critics, is a skill.On my way to Bean’s now!

My Son just bought me a Bean 's Lox bagel. I 've eaten bagels for 50+ years all over America THIS was the best bagel ever. Egg bagel perfect, not toasted. Fresh and chewy, but not too chewy soft, but not too soft. Perfect amount of CC in balance with other ingredients. Generous amount of capers (which I love a slice of ripe tomato. Just the right amount of lox... More or less of ANY of these ingredients would have thrown off the balance. Note: I don 't eat raw onions so mine was ordered without :

Overall, pretty cute lil shop. Bagels are sometimes a bit overdone but I don't mind the extra crunch.

My newly found local bagel spot. The Bagels are incredible, size, texture and flavor. Been a bagel aficionado for 31 years now and I am impressed.Go grab some fresh bagels.
