Rum Vault - Saint James

This was one of the best decisions for dinner I made. It was a fantastic dinner and cocktails to suit each meal. Props to Shane and cory on the cocktail mixes and educating us on the many rums they have there.

What an ingenious night and a great opportunity to finish our holiday in barbados. the drinks and the food were excellent and the layers over there were interesting. the next time in barbados they will definitely try some of the other offers in the vault. a fantastic time!

A bit of a rum do!!!! Not withstanding the quality of the rum, the presentation and general ambiance the food was a class apart. I have eaten in all the must go to restaurants on Barbados but the food in the Rum Vault was simply outstanding.

Our experience at the Rum Vault was unique in that we were the only folks there. We learned everything you could possibly want to know about rum and the pairing of our whole dinner with rum was great.

We went on a Friday for the Rum Pairing dinner (set menu). Corey and Shaquil hosted a fantastic and informative evening centered around rum. You’ll hear similar stuff to what’s on the tour at the Mount Gay distillery but the food and company make it worthwhile. You’ll share the room with other diners, but with the drinks flowing and Corey entertaining us with stories, as well as the fantastic food (much better than at the main Colony Club dining room) the evening flies by. Definitely a highlight of the trip and we’ll be returning next year.
