Every time I come they are out of something. And the service is terrible.
Food is good/cheap. But the manager here is just another level. The staff doesn’t care about the backlog, only 1 person will serve regardless of the lineup. 5 staff members on the line only during 12:30-1:30pm.
I want to like this place, and the food is good. But, my goodness, the customer service is terrible. I feel like an inmate getting served slop at the cafeteria. No eye contact, zero engagement, zero care. And in the end, an over priced burrito. Enough is enough. I can’t keep going here. Come here only if you want to know what it looks like when a restaurant has completely stopped caring.
The food tastes great, but they run you through the line like drill seargents on a rainy morning. You won 't even be halfway through saying if you want white or brown rice before they 've moved onto the beans.. and don 't make the mistake of stress-responding yes to brown or black by mistake, because you 're going to get a sloppy scoop of whatever is closest to their hand before you even have a split-second to register your mistake. Before you know it, you 'll be at the register without even saying a single word in full.Is this efficiency or just bad service?Thank goodness it all tastes so good... Otherwise, I wouldn 't return simply based on the sheer stress of ordering my burrito bowl like my life depends on it. I 've been out of there for 10 minutes, and my heart rate still hasn 't returned to normal.
