Van Houtte - Saint-Hyacinthe

Delicious food that reminds me of Cosi in the United States. The soup is fresh and the coffee is excellent.

We're in Saint Hyacinthe the other week on business and on one day were went into old downtown Saint Hyacinthe to meet some colleagues for lunch. After we ate we stopped in to this Van Houtte café as it was close by. I am very familiar with Van Houtte coffee, who isn't, but I had no idea the actually ran restaurant/cafés. This is a very nice and quiet café with comfortable seating and a great selection of beverages. Naturally I had a coffee but I indulged in their Espresso superior which was quite flavourful. It's really too bad that Van Houtte doesn't expand their locations into Ontario because I would certainly go if they did. I guess I will have to come back next time I am in Saint Hyacinthe.

L'endroit est vraiment original et unique pour un Van Houtte. C'est le même menu que dans les autres café de la chaîne, ce qui es un gage de qualité

Après une visite au marché,lèche vitrine au centre ville,quoi de mieux que de partager un grand latté et un petit dessert avec ma blonde en lisant le journal relax.

Friendly staff. Great coffee. Lots of comfortable seating. Bilingual staff. I didn't eat any food, but it looked great.
