Romain Des Bois - Saint-hubert

This restaurant on the square of the Basilica is very welcoming and the decor is beautifully done. It feels like a journey into the woods. The food is both tasty and well-presented. The service is friendly and attentive. We were very satisfied and will definitely return.

My husband and I recently stayed in Saint-Hubert and dined at this delightful restaurant. The decoration was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed the background music which catered to rock fans like us (although the quieter, acoustic version in the restaurant was very pleasant). The owner was charming and let us know upfront that they only had what was listed on the wooden panel, as there was only one chef working that evening (which we preferred over pre-made or frozen dishes).

The owner was lovely and immediately informed us that only the items listed on the wooden panel were available that evening, as there was only one chef in the kitchen. We appreciated this transparency rather than rushing through dishes or serving defrosted ones.
