If you're considering opening the lobby, it would be beneficial to provide clear signage. One day it's open, and then just two days later, it's unexpectedly closed in the middle of the afternoon.

The management is really lacking. We waited for 20 minutes for our dinner while the manager sat in the lobby. When it was time to pay and we had to do it in the lobby because we didn't have cards for the kiosks, she seemed frustrated. They really need to rethink their management or possibly consider bringing back the staff they let go when the service was noticeably better.

Despite the long line, I was happy to see that it moved swiftly! I ordered the Steak Power Bowl, and it was amazing! After getting weary of greasy fast food, this was exactly what I needed—fresh and full of flavor. The guacamole was outstanding as well, even better than Victorico's!
