Cook St. Helena - SAINT HELENA

We went here with a party of four at the end of our vacation. The food was phenomenal and the service was abysmal. 2.5 stars. The server was completely rude and not once returned to our table to ask if we needed anything, which we desperately did. I loved how efficient the kitchen staff was but for the server to tell us he doesn’t know the specials because he just came on shift is a bit unprofessional. We came in with two couples and asked up front if it was ok to pay separately. He literally saidmaybe. Hard pass with that server.

Not so hidden gem! Chef/owner creates delightful dishes in the heart of St. Helena. Excellent food, friendly staff, good wine. Motto bene! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Really enjoyed our meal here. We shared the calamari starter, which was good. Both had pasta options which exceeded our expectations. Didn't have room for dessert after a day of wine tasting, but the options were tempting! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
