I had been looking for a place to have an early dinner in Brussels since many restaurants don't open until 7pm, which is too late for me. After arriving in Brussels at 5am and wanting to crash early, I stumbled upon a restaurant just 600m from my hotel with excellent reviews. While the atmosphere was not what I expected, the chicken salad sandwich I ordered was absolutely incredible and truly life-changing.

This sandwich shop is a delightful hidden gem that you might stumble upon! Although there is always a wait of about 30 minutes, it is definitely worth it! I highly recommend trying the classic chicken or fish sandwich with all the vegetable toppings and dressing.

Since I don't work on Brussels, that's what I miss most. I'll take the train only to eat one of your sandwiches. Often imity but never to the great ever equal!!! Keep going!

Great place for lunch! Lines were long but that's a good sign.
