But what an investment!!!!! Quick, efficient, smiling and always advice if needed. Large, very practical hourly beaches, varied breads of quality always available. Recently, a very affordable formula to eat on the thumb, rather nice to taste. Finally, the highlight, a great pastry, able to make super croissants as revisiting a known cake and proposing a pretty creation. There, too, no murder of the wallet. Bravo to this young couple who give themselves to the full, creates jobs and animates the shopping gallery and the heart of town thanks to good bread as we find less and less. Perfect!!!

In the current mobility of the new pastry makers who work their cakes with much less sugar than the old school. All pastries deserve to be tested but for baba lovers with rum the one they offer is top!! The savarin is light, the scented syrup is dominated with justness and the generous whipped is perfect. The spice bread offered this winter was delicious, extremely mellow and fragrant. The chocolate bread offers a very beautiful leaf. They also offer a very good kouign amann. A small flat, if you're a fan of almond chocolate bread, it's really too dry, very little frangipane, no interest... To bounce back on the previous com that evokes the rose of Valentine's Day, yes she was very beautiful but very disappointing at tasting. The petals were soft, hard to know if it was sugar dyed paste with powdered cocoa. The streusel cocoa representing the soil, insipid and the pralined home with homeopathic dose was perhaps good but not present enough to the tasting. The pot was in black chocolate but not of great quality and little marked in terms of flavor. Besides, it was too sweet. Passover chocolates are getting ready, I won't try this time. The pâtissier/Baker who officiates is gifted but to be chocolate is also a profession that does not improvise... Apart from this, it's a beautiful bakery/pastry to discover without hesitation!!
I've been going to this bakery since the owner changed. The reception is simply great, smiling and very pleasant. Everything is good: pastries, pastries, breads!!! I can't advise you a patisserie in particular everything is exceptional! However, for Valentine's Day of 2021, there were beautiful roses and gustatively speaking it was a delight!! I recommend closed eyes
Since the recovery by the new owners: An exceptional bakery that has nothing to envy to the beautiful Parisian bakery. A real chance for gourmet taste buds. The bread, the brioches the Viennese but even better the pastries are real jewels. From recipes that the chef does not hesitate to work to make us discover new taste associations. It is also not to mention the kindness and smile of the sellers. The sister is a true ray of kindness. I keep rushing every weekend to offer our little treat... I who wasn’t too much cake. In the top: Tatin my favorite a delight) Framboise Tarte and compoté of Framboise Flan vanilla Mille leaves Tarte with pear and almonddine I no longer remember the name) White aroma caramel vanilla
