Wendy's - Saint George

I really enjoy Wendy's food, especially for breakfast. They offer fantastic deals both in-store and through their app. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, do it! You can get free food all the time. I absolutely love it.

It was around 6:00 PM when I used a buy-one-get-one-free coupon, so I ordered two Baconator Burgers for my husband and me. I have to say, they were fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Thank you, Wendy's, especially the one located by the CAL Ranch Store!

This Wendy's consistently delivers subpar service and lacks attention to detail. I've experienced numerous instances where my order has been incorrect, most recently when they forgot to add the bacon to my Baconator meal. They are also severely understaffed, and the doors are rarely open for walk-in customers. Additionally, this location does not accept mobile orders through their app, forcing you to use the drive-thru. They really need to improve their operations.

I ordered a number 1 single combo meal with just a few toppings, but they got my order completely wrong. I didn’t check it while I was there, and when I got home and unwrapped it, I discovered that the burger was incorrect and the fries were warm and soggy instead of crispy. They weren’t even busy, so there’s really no excuse for the mix-up. I won’t be returning to this location again.

I often visit this location and usually find it quite good. However, during my last two trips through the drive-thru, I ordered the same combo meal. On the first occasion, the bag was missing the fries and nuggets, and this time, the sandwich was missing. I was charged for the full combo both times, but I only discovered the missing items after I got home, which is really inconvenient.
