Doug's Seafood - Saint George

Two weeks ago, I was excited to try Doug's Place in Port Clyde based on what friends and neighbors had told me. There were five of us in total, and we each ordered different dishes. Unfortunately, we all left a bit disappointed. The baked fish was overcooked and had a very dark, almost burnt appearance. The Lobster Chowder lacked flavor, and the Clam Chowder was quite thin and mediocre. However, I did enjoy the pommes!

The restaurant is spotless, and the food is fresh and delicious. They shared some excellent ideas with me about their menu offerings, and they truly deliver.
