Very disappointed: we waited at the same restaurant as before; the time or eat meat and pate specialties: but it changed a few months ago... In the entrance of the fish bowl that could have been good but unfortunately very certainly hot in the oven, it gave a very dry outer envelope, near the carton, difficult to swallow... then a fish on a bed of rice also certainly waiting in the oven at the same time the top of the rice pile was dry and cracked instead of being mellow... mistakes barely worthy of a beginner. For dessert tatin pineapple has nothing exceptional, too cooked pineapple that has lost all its flavor. Breakfast (served in this restaurant when you sleep at the hotel is very well, rich, varied and of quality. It's really bad for dinner.
I don't like being disappointed and I was there... it was one of my favorite restaurants before the last containment... we weren't there since the reopening in June 2021. And a few days ago we wanted to be happy and what disappointment ... they completely changed their card there are no more mature meats and the choice is not extraordinary. And everything remains very expensive for the supply of plates... an autumn salad with 4 small magrets 1 egg calf qq artichokes for 18€ is expensive for what happened...
We took the menu at 29€90, we ate well, there is a good price ratio and the quantities are sufficient. It was good, but not exceptional. The main dish was cold. At the level of service this one was fast without waiting between the dishes nevertheless there is a little bit the smile, it is a shame. If the 1933 brewery is the little sister of the starred restaurant, it is not completely high. I'll still come back to give me a second opinion. The decoration is neat but a little cold. The 4 table boxes with bench seat lacks comfort and space. The cleanness of the table was not clean, the seat had many crumbs and the partitions had dust.
We ate very well! refined and very good cuisine! We also had the chance to be in a small living room as we had reserved a large enough table with children, very pleasant! The card changes every week we've been told!! I recomande
