Contribuiți la feedbackFirst experience at Belambra and it won't be the last! Advantages: beautiful room, nice storage, very nice hotel deco, varied kitchen, ski returns are top as well (damage it is not on the terrace when it is beautiful). The team is very polite and the animation is very well too! Inconvenience: the hourly beaches of the restoration should be wider, the children who ski in the afternoon should be taken care of like those in the morning... and small technical malfunctions, which I consider to be understandable when a project of such magnitude is put into operation. So a suggestion for your future projects: make a reduce to the first customers and give them a sheet to get you back technical problems or finishes not done correctly. Make us your allies, it will calm the least indulgent! Anyway a very nice stay, and we'll be back.
Hotel renovated on the heights of Les Deux Alpes, close to the village chairlift. We were accustomed to the Mercure hotel that was bought by the Belambra group. The renovation is successful with the acquisition and development of the pool and better integration at the site. The hotel and the rooms are comfortable, the decoration is rather pleasant. The direct access to the large swimming pool, to the slopes by the ski room is really convenient. The staff is generally welcoming but seems to be outdated by the world and understaffed. Some of them seem demotivated. Special mention to Aselicia at the reception and cook of breakfast Thierry, who are both really nice, helpful, smiling and do everything to make us the stay easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t go to the mountain specialities restaurant. Only one availability that didn't suit us. And we feared the poor quality of the cutters. The buffet food is rather copied, of correct quality for collective restoration. On the other hand, what often came back in the comments of the different customers was: “please hurry to take it because then there will be no more.” The service is provided on the evening from 7pm to 9pm. But from 8 p.m., we have to be content with what's left, and the majority of the buffets are no longer recharged. When you ask that they be restocked, we are told that it will close if you request 15 minutes before the closing time) or that they will do it but that is not always the case. Same for breakfast that is of medium quality. No cheese except a few thin slices of elemental, the cutters are of poor quality, as well as fruit juice. We did not take advantage of the buffets at noon because the very strict schedule from noon to 1:30 is not compatible with a day in skiing. Overall, we are satisfied and we will return gladly. Especially if these little points are improved.
Beautiful club. An ultra welcoming and helpful staff. To do it again without hesitation.
We spent 10 days at the Crests during Christmas holidays. We arrived on 23 December 2023, the day after the opening of this completely renovated hotel club, which is the first 5B hotel opened for a very long time by the Belambra group. At the beginning, we kind of wiped the plasters (untempestive fire alarm, closed sauna, closed elevators, etc., but things gradually came back in order. Customer information was also perfectible. However, there are two real communications errors regarding this hotel: unlike what is written on the website, there is no hammam and the accompanying children to the ESF courses is only valid for morning classes. In the afternoon, it is up to you to accompany them to the 1600 shuttle station and then get them back. I'd say you're spending your afternoon there. For the rest, the hotel is beautiful. It is certainly very large (about 1000 beds, but at least the world is spreading around. It is very well located, at the foot of the village chairlift, even if the village 1800 is a bit isolated from the heart of the Deux Alpes station. The rooms, with balcony, are very functional. The pool is beautiful. The buffet food is excellent and varied. A big effort was also made for Christmas and New Year's dinners (on the 31st after dinner: musical show, fireworks, dancing evening and champagne. This Belambra's staff is very friendly. With a special mention for the entertainment team and kids clubs, really exceptional. It might be useful to add a laundromat to the rdc of this hotel, particularly targeting a family clientele. The cleaning of the rooms is also perfectable. In short, a globally successful stay in a prestigious establishment, but Belambra must be more rigorous in order to satisfy legitimately demanding customers at this level of price and standing.
Great experience! Top staff!!! Welcome to the top! 4 stars for the rooms because the bed was for me (I am demanding) a little too hard... otherwise for the rest nickel in the room. Brand new and well-designed. Enough storage space for clothes for a family of 4!
