Very good spices, sauces, lemon, grated cheese... and of course vegetables at will. Only a dish but it's people who don't get rid of their trays, a lot of inaccessible tables because they're stuck with the rest of their meals.
The whole family likes to go. There's a choice. I highly recommend.
Chain restaurant in the free cafeteria, offers varied menus with vegetables at will. Infinitely cheap, the quality could be improved, but the offer is consistent with the price. Family atmosphere so not necessarily calm but perfect for children.
Went for a quiet dinner and chose a faux fillet **** and that was all that really was as ordered... the stake was not tender and the side dishes were not that special... the price deserved a better product...
My friend and I arrived there just at the end of normal lunch time. Although it is open for food all day. Whilst my friend looked at the starters to choose from, I approached who I believed to be the duty manager next to the till. I asked her in French if she spoke english, she gave me a very uncomfortable look. The young guy on the till spoke with me in very good English. I have to say that Brice was a very nice and kind young guy. I asked if the main meals were still available he said yes. So my friend and I helped our self to the self service buffet starters and drinks. At the till I asked for the fresh Cod. The Chef by this time came over and asked if I spoke French, In French! I told the young guy on the till sorry no, but I do speak Spanish, Norwegian and English. The Chef then advised me in very good English that, of all the main dishes Flunch has to offer we could only choose, sliced beef, frozen fish or the Legumes veg selection. I had the fish my friend opted for the fresh vegetables, beans etc selection. Paid and sat down. I have to say we got a very uncomfortable feeling from the staff, who seemed more interested in their own egos than the service of other clients that I witnessed. So my fish arrived, the French food I have had the pleasure to eat thus far has been outstanding, a real treat to eat. My frozen fish was like two frozen fish fingers put together with a rock hard shell. And that was it, nothing else with it. So off to the Lovely Legumes and fresh vegetable buffet we go.Only to see, Cold frozen chips, tinned ratatouille or bland rice, that was it. Kitchen closed. I wanted to complain but my friend who is quite poorly asked me not to make a fuss. So we ate what we could of it and left. Through out all our time at the FLUNCH, young Brice came over to our table several times to see/ask if he could do or get us anything. He is a excellent example of good service and attention to the clients needs. I think he should be the Manager.
