Having volunteered through the local Bourges mission, of which I am a part, yesterday, one of your volunteers was allowed to be very disrespectful and bitter. Here are the details: First of all, we were 4 young people accompanied by our advisor, as you know very well yesterday was gift wrapping day for the benefit of your association, we were present from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. I specify 4:30 p.m.! One of your volunteers arrived at 4 p.m. she was allowed to enter the store without greeting us or introducing herself, we said hello to her, who are you? (Which is the least of things) she responded aggressively: I'M HERE FOR THE SUCCESSION!! We told her that we had to finish by 4:30 p.m., which was noted on our schedule for that day, she replied in a dry tone: BUT THAT’S ANYTHING! MY EMAIL SAID 4 p.m.! We had the impression that she wanted to force us out of where we were. And what's more, they look very bad at us. Our advisor, however, remained very calm and polite and took it all in stride. Finally, when we started to leave, he suddenly said goodbye to us, we didn't say anything back given how we were greeted. This lady should rework her sociability and professionalism. Thank you for doing what is necessary, this is not normal and does not reflect the image of restaurants of the heart.
