We stopped by bike in the very charming village of Saint-Dalmas-Le-Selvage to take a meal break and valery was of an incredible generosity. besides being very nice, cooked dishes, a raclette and a melted reblochon were delicious, copied and prepared with local products. all in a very beautiful environment. valerie even made us discover a local beer that we enjoyed until the last taste.
