Tries and just doesn't taste good. huh tasted once fishy and then last week I bought a pfounded swan and it had no smoke taste at all. like a brat cooked in a crock pot. brisket was bland and average. sauce is good, but that's it.

The food was amazing! This is the best BBQ I've had in a long time. The beans and coleslaw were fantastic as well.
