San Francisco - Saint-Cloud

Food is amazing and the service is fast. A restaurant on the hill where you can watch the Eiffel Tower, in summer they also have tables outside. This restaurant is a good restaurant every time I went to eat.

I'm Italian and that's not a real Italian restaurant. Very bad imitation of Italian food. Very bad imitation of Italian pizza. Pizza is a religion and any bad imitation of Italian pizza is pure bladder

On the positive side,this is a real Italian restaurant trying to be authentic, while trying to appeal to the very conservative local French customers. A very difficult cultural gap does indeed exists between Napolitan Italians and the French people of Saint Cloud. The second big...self inflicted challenge is the very large size of the restaurant. The menu is difficult to understand, there is very little explanation, and when you have staff,many junior, running in all directions the chances of annoying customers waiting for explanations, even worse delivering wrong promises or explanations, that's how you get some misses. Kitchen staff are also numerous, but communication between them, management and staff is broken, leading to more misses. Quality needs improvements, menu requires clarification and simplification to produce better customer experience.

La dame qui nous a accueilli était détestable et méprisante. Décor froid et complètement "has been".On a préféré juste prendre un verre et rebrousser chemin. Apparemment, on a bien fait en constatant les autres avis sur cet établissement . Ils feraient mieux de vendre leur affaire pour laisser la place à des professionnels ....

Les patrons sont insupportables. Le personnel est maltraité. Les plats industriels sans intérêt. Les pizzas très moyennes. Il y aurait mieux à faire de cet endroit.
