Jimmy Johns - Saint Cloud

This streetside location is a pretty straightforward franchise. The service has always been better than average. Parking can be a hassle depending on what else is going on downtown.

My husband and I attended a show at the bar across the street and afterwards we went to Jimmy Johns for a sandwich. I was pretty frantic because my purse had just been stolen so I didn?t really feel like eating. The individuals working urged me to order anddidn?t charge me for a sub!! They were selfless and extremely kind hearted! It meant so much to me, especially in that moment!!10/10 recommended!! Thank you for your kindness! ??????????

I always love ordering from this location! Friendly people, and very quick!!! It only took 9 minutes and 50 seconds from the time I ordered til when they arrived to my location with my sandwich!! Thankyou!

Outstanding experience! Rarely do you walk out of a sub shop and feel like a VIP, but this location nailed it. Not only was my sub prepared exactly as ordered to a high level of quality, but EACH member of the team made me feel at home. I would highlyrecommend this Jimmy John's location.

One of the worst places for customers service the person answer the phone says jimmy john downtown please hold and I?ve been on hold for 30 minutes no even checked in or anything worst wait time ever I just want a sandwich. Like they answer the phone andnever take you off of hold. I went ahead and order online even though the long wait time on the phone i?m scared I?ll never getmy sandwich
