Firehouse Subs St. Cloud - Saint Cloud

I like Firehouse Subs. But today's visit was not what I expected and remained hungry. I agree with some of the other reviews, do not order by Uber Pickup. I then announced my order that it was ready. I went during my lunch break and expected to pick up my order. I was not welcome, I was not recognized. They were busy filling other orders and I was waiting for help for 10 minutes. Nothing. I cancelled my order by Uber because it took too long. Please do not tell me that an order is ready for pickup drive there then have to wait. Don't be ordered from this place again.

Delicious as always. They only want a different location in the area.

Ordered 2 big sandwiches $25 extra salad. When I came home, there was no salad. Tiffany is very rude. She shouldn't be manager of any business. Never again. My favorite restaurant is the Kissimmee fire department store. Very clean and the manager is EXCELLENT?

I have wrong food. Very slow. Many people waited while they were brass. I can't complain, but the staff is terrible.
