Buffet City Saint Cloud

Horrible experience, not the first time going but this was the last straw me and my family will not be coming again. Food was pretty decent, but the service was just sad. Waiting more than 5 minutes to be seated, and there was people to seat us, they were just on the phone or ignoring us. My family and I are still eating when the bill was given to us. I gave my card and was asked if there?s no tip, I said i will but in cash. I gave the server 2 dollars in cash because i feel like their was not purpose of tip due to them only handing us our drinks. When seeing the two dollars in tip she said that?s it and I said yes and then she proceeded to say something under her breath. This is not the first time being asked if they were gonna receive tip. Sorry but will not be attending again.

Came here Thursday around 1:45 pm and the clientele included singles talking on the phone, a business person in a suit, a college aged couple, outdoor workers getting a huge meal, and families. It?s great to see this small business thriving. The food was good and our favorites were the peel and eat shrimp; the bbq skewers (with char siu seasoning aka 5 spice seasoning); the fish in seasoned butter; the honey chicken; the fresh, delicious sushi and wakame; and the desserts. They have a good chef, especially for their Asian dishes. The regular American buffet food, stuff for the kids like macaroni and cheese, cookies and pudding, was okay enough. Some of the signs didn?t match the foods. My husband?s favorite dessert was a custard-y cake inside phyllo cups but it was under a sign that said buffalo wings. The staff was welcoming and we had prompt, friendly service. Although there were many people there it felt calm because of the serene modern Chinese music in the background. The building has two large dining rooms in the back and is much larger than the exterior indicates. I like the fountain, the paintings, the inlaid tables and the Asian figurines (the waving cat and the little horse carving) that decorate the restaurant. For a relaxed, affordable meal that pleases everyone you can?t top this.

Amazing food wish we didn't find it on the last night of vacation

If I could give no stars I would, Absolutely rude disgusting service. When I was in the middle of enjoying the bland and over priced food with my family and only getting one refill witch took over 15 min to get, the waitress handed me the check and just stood there as I was still eating. So I gave her my card so I could continue eating. The waitress then handed me the receipt and continued to stand there and stare at me. So I filled out the receipt and did not tip her due to the unprofessional manner and she says what no tip you clean my table and floor and bad mouthed my family across the restaurant. If she didn?t stand there and stare at me while I was eating she would have got a tip. Definitely will not ever go back to that restaurant again.
