Skippy's Gyros - Saint Charles

I’ve known about this place for nearly twenty years while driving along Randall Road, and I finally decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! Every item I had was delicious, from the tuna sub to the hot dog, the onion rings, the Italian ice, and even the soda and ranch dip! I can’t wait to return when I'm in the area again!

I always enjoy their original and chicken gyros. This time, the pizza puff was particularly delicious too. They use high-quality gyro meat, slicing and grilling it perfectly. I usually feel unwell when low-quality meat is used, but that’s definitely not the case here. I've also tried their chicken sandwich in the past, and it was quite good. The breaded mushrooms were hot and tasty, and they offer free refills when dining in.

This restaurant is a reliable choice with a varied menu full of options. The gyros are fresh and delicious, and the salads are crunchy and full of flavor. The Italian beef is good, though it doesn't stand out. They offer generous portions of fries, and you'll also find chicken and fish sandwiches available. The Italian ice is especially refreshing during the summer months. There's a convenient drive-thru and plenty of parking. The interior is clean and creates a cozy ambiance for enjoying your meal.

I just want to express my gratitude for the patience and thoughtfulness shown by the staff. I'm truly delighted to be a customer at this restaurant, where kindness and understanding are paramount. The customer service is outstanding, and the people are incredibly friendly. I definitely plan to bring my family the next time we go out!

I had a fantastic first experience at this restaurant! The chicken parmesan sandwich was delicious, and the French fries were excellent—perfectly sized and bursting with flavor.
