Contribuiți la feedbackEating is always top notch at popeyes and personal are in the regular friendly, it is just how long it takes, that is the problem and 8 times from 10 her order will be wrong. at this point the lobby is closed so that it is only drive-thru and the menu screen in the drive-thru is black, so they need to ask what they still have to offer. the doors say open 10a-10p, but they were closed last night at 830p without any kind of announcement. simply dark inside. I only received about half of what I ordered and paid and was not from the side I requested or plastic goods. popeyes has good eating when they get it, but they must seriously take some lections of Chick-fil-a over their customer service and ordering properly.
Long west through all the time! no warning as it is still open to use only half dozen cars in an hour during their busiest time.
Not very impressed by my experience. I went through about an hour ago to get 2 chicken sandwiches. No was in the drive thru, perfect! However, when I hired my order, I was told that that was frozen. I'm abused in st. louis county in other stores, but that took the cake. I'll give you another run, but wow. just knew I'm in st. peters without any problem.
We ordered double fries and did not get our whole order. We had to go back because we only received one order. When we went back we brought back the one box of fries and asked to get 2 fresh boxes and were told no. We recieved the other one that was left on the counter since we left the first time. This is unsanitary and no way good customer service. I threw away the fries since I do not know if it had been tampered with. We will never go there again.
Today I returned to the store for banana pudding that they left out of my bag suprise suprise. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE. Its abysmal. So like other reviewers advise, check your bag. Check it each and everytime. I got to the restaurant and had quite the exchange with a white male employee working the drive thru on 8/26/2022 around 6pm. I will report him to the their GM. He quickly accused me of having an attitude and then said I needed to call the store. The funny thing is that they never answer the phone. Then I said he needed to make sure the employees there are getting their orders correct. Then dude curses at me FIRST under his breath. And then we get into a heated exchange with some derogatory words I won't repeat here. I told him I was recording the whole thing and he got quiet quick lol. Needless to say I didn't want to end up in St. Peters jail that night so I just left. He started swearing at me because he knew those lobby were locked. Just saying. I just wanted my bananna pudding but he brings me all this drama instead. This dude had the audacity to cuss at me first. I guess they're hiring belligerent illiterate highschool dropouts there now. I will report him for his classless, disrespectful and tacky behavior. If you can't handle working with the general public, you shouldn't be working fast food, periodt. This restaurant was managed very well believe it or not a few years ago when the two middle eastern guys were managing it. I have to say it plummeted downhill fast when they left. Food is good I will say. But the employees working there currently leave a lot to be desired. This would never happen at a Chick-fil-A. Their employees are usually always very respectful and pleasant. Even the Popeyes location on Salt Lick Rd isn't as bad as this one. But the KFC across the street on Jungerman is just as bad lol. JUNGERMAN POPEYES AIN'T IT. I'M SHOCKED TO SEE THEY HAVE 2.5 STARS WITH ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS INCLUDING MINE.
