Kfc - Saint Charles

I would have rated this experience 0 stars if I had. eating looked terrible. we couldn't even get to eat it. they had no offers or koleslaws, and instead of two orders of kartoffels, we have an order of kartoffels and an order of green beans.

Took over and hour to get our dinner. Forgot my drink. I couldn’t get into the restaurant to get one because the dining area was closed. The lady in front of me was there when I arrived and was still waiting on her food when I got back. What the heck is going on here tonight? About a year later Update-I’ve been back a couple of times. They are just as bad. Wrong orders, slow service, out of things, perpetual construction on the building. Just don’t go there. There is another Taco Bell 5minutes away and a couple of other chicken places. They are terrible! I wish I could go lower that 1 Star.

Worst customer service and food in a long time at this joint KFC/Taco Bell. There was no one in front of us at the drive through and we still waited over 8 minutes before he was ready to take our order. Then waited another 5 minutes for our order. He forgot to give us our soda and food order was not right. The side slaw I ordered was in the larger container and looked like it had been eaten from and it was crusty on the sides with old cole slaw. It tasted old. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

Amazing how long it takes to go through the drive-through at this place, inside at the counter is even worse. You can take 5 minutes before they acknowledge you’re at the drive-through speaker. It used to take this long at Jack in the box down the street until they got new management and that place runs through real fast. Obviously whoever manages KFC has not ordered food or sat in the drive-through. Come on how long does it take to put together two tacos, and the chicken is supposed to be done right, and don’t ask for a pot pie if your hungry they will be out. For the last three years I only go here when I have to.

I have come here a few times over the past months. Sometimes going inside sometimes drive through. I have had both the KFC and Taco Bell. Every time the experience is horrible. The workers don’t even try. The food is fine but often the order is wrong. Usually missing something important. The drive threw is slow and today the menu board was almost unreadable. I will be finding my KFC and Taco Bell somewhere else from now on.
