Hunan House - Saint Charles

The owner/manager of this restaurant is incredibly rude. they doubled my credit card and he insisted that it was not his fault. he went so far to say that bank of america was one when I showed him my bank statement. it took two phone calls and one visit to the restaurant to refund my $37 double fee. Beyond that, my original ordering was missing the sauces on the chicken. in the ground just fried chicken. they save themselves the headaches and order from somewhere else.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. waiting for an hour and a half and eating was cold at delivery. I called to get a new meal and they just wanted to argue with me about how "it was not just about sir" was sitting. okay? do they bring me some fresh food? no, sir, we can just compile it on the next order. needs new management!

Do they know how when they call in an order from any Chinese restaurant and say they are 10 minutes? now I waited for 45 minutes for 2 orders from fried rice, an egg roll and burnt crab ringoon. cost $30.

Very expensive I mean higher then all in the area. not that great for the cost.
