Girl at the car through the window between 7 and 8 never said one word to us, except our sum to scream when we first pulled up, no hallo, hallo, only took my man card, practically threw it back on him, then did the same with our pockets, no thank you or have a good night, then smiled the window closed. If she's in training, let her go. because if this is how their new staff will be, they will lose the business and their rebuilding will be for nothing.
It is november 2022 and the lobby this load is closed (no covid excuse) which leads to 30 minutes waiting in the drive to pick up a cake order. they should have a notification, warning customers, including the potential of extreme waiting times. I also called the load a dozen times and they didn't even answer her phone. terrible experience nuff said.
Low customer service. our order and our manager was so rude about it and could hear her scream in the back and never came to talk to us in the window. would not expect much if you had been
Went through the drive thru. Fast and efficient for 430 in the afternoon.
Only thing can really give credit for is the blizzard. Ordered multiple burgers for family. Which all different. One was completely wrong, but no point in having to wait back in drive thru and let rest of the food go cold. Couldn't tell which was what. Burgers were very poorly wrapped and couple were barely wrapped.Each burger was drowning in mustard.Single order of onion rings...consisted apparently of 5 mediocre onion rings.Lady taking orders needed everything repeated to her multiple times and would skip parts of the order. Which good thing she repeated only what she heard.Won't be going back anytime soon. Normally have good visits. Complete mess this time. Only assume is a lack of tracking. Since dining room is closed. Cannot say they were swamped.
