Applebee's Grill And Saint Charles

I ordered garlic potatoes but received rice instead. When I asked for green beans, I was told that grilled green beans couldn’t substitute for broccoli. I would have been willing to pay the difference, but I didn’t want to get into an argument. The explanation I received was confusing. The broccoli was good, but I was still disappointed that I didn’t get my garlic potatoes.

The restaurant might be short-staffed, but the team does their jobs exceptionally well. The bartender from last Saturday was outstanding, and I overheard that the other bartender, who was called in, had just woken up to come help out. Shoutout to you, big guy with the mustache and brown hair—I didn't catch your name, but you did a great job!

I felt somewhat neglected during my visit. The service and timing were lacking. However, I want to commend the kitchen staff for preparing my meal so well.

Soups were hot the way we like them especially on a chilly rainy day. Our server, Cindy, was very pleasant. They have decorated extensively for Halloween.
