Restaurant Chez Henri le Kentucky

I rarely eat at Henry's and usually have it delivered. The last time I wanted to eat there, I decided to go in person and ordered 2 Cheeseburgers with fries. I waited for 45 minutes. People came, placed their orders, and were served within 10 minutes. Let's just say I regretted it! Food: 5/5.

The club sandwich and fries were both delicious and crispy! Thank you! Rating: 5 out of 5 for food.

Although I have always loved Henri since I was a child, our beloved Henri has lost many feathers since its takeover. We are a family of 4 and we had 2 children's menus and 2 adult menus with an onion ring for a total of $80. I must mention that before, the same meal cost us $50-55. I can live with the increase to support employee wages, but being laughed at with reduced and completely ridiculous portions is unacceptable. My son upgraded his fries to poutine. The size of it was barely larger than a cup of sauce, with a higher base, a real joke. Even the waitress thought the chefs had forgotten it, and when asked, they said, "It's there." Meanwhile, my daughter, who had a children's portion of fries, easily had 4 times the amount of fries as my son, and we had to pay an extra $3.50 for approximately 10 fries, 6 pieces of cheese, and 1 tablespoon of sauce... pathetic. What's next, a coffee cup-sized portion of milk? Yes, that's right, there's even a little liquor can next to the tiny poutine.

I have grown up there for 20 years and I am now terribly disappointed by their quality. they now serve very muddy, previously frozen pommes, and the heavy is nowhere near as it was earlier. only highlight are the steamed hot dogs that were still quite good. jespere que majeau va change sa recette. tres decevant quil ferme aussi a 11 heure.

Back for eating in the night and it could not have been better. the poutine was as excellent as ever, and so were the steamed hot dogs. service was excellent and very friendly. this is by far the best poutine in...Quebec!
