We had dinner last night and chose the paia menu We enjoyed authentic and traditional cuisine from fresh products from local farms The staff is welcoming and attentive, very efficient service. This hostel has just been taken over by a dynamic and voluntary young woman. We wish her all the success she deserves. Very soon to taste another speciality, fondue in the furnace of Montbrison

Go away, don't forget to taste patia. Very good charcuterie and the traditional blueberry pie. The modern part of the dining room lacks some heat.
