Mr.q Crab House - Saint Bernard Parish

I absolutely love this place! The food is outstanding, and I highly recommend it to all my family and friends.

It appears to be permanently closed. I tried to visit twice when it was supposed to be open, but it was a waste of time.

I attempted to place a food order for over an hour, but unfortunately, I never received my food or managed to complete the order. The person on the other end kept hanging up, and eventually, they stopped answering altogether. I tried calling both numbers and encountered the same issue. I was really looking forward to trying this place, but I've decided to stick with Fiery Crab instead. At least there, I know I can count on good service and delicious food without the hassle.

Hours of operation are inaccurate. Service was horrible. Waitresses seemed as if they were doing drugs in the bathroom, multiple trips. Can’t confirm that. Food was mediocre. Again, service was horrible. Don’t eat here. I never leave reviews but had to.

This place closed months ago so obviously I wasn't there 2 days ago. My low review is based on the fact that they are now closed. However I did enjoy the food when they were open and would have given them 5 stars then. It's so sad that they closed. Hopefully they will open again once they are able to correct staffing issues.
