Refined cuisine, the amuse-bouches make the moment of refined aperitif. The inlet egg is in the same vein. The fish, although delicious, might lack a little originality to make this meal, a perfect meal.

Tres bon dejeuner. A little cash, but a nice and efficient server. We'll go back.
