Miss Italia Pizzeria

From St-Lambert are we ever glad and blessed Miss Italia decided to come to St-Basile. Best pizza for the past 20 years !

We were a party of 14 adults one having a birthday supper. Those that ordered a pizza of one kind or another said it was superb as for most of the rest it was either not what they ordered or as one put it I asked for light sauce and look its plastered, another said his was luke warm, mind was the simple of them all a sub which arrived as most were finishing their meal. It wasn't the most tastiest but I ate most of it. The place was very clean the floors and the washroom. We cannot blame the waitress as she took the correct order from us all and was very polite and spoke English to us all

When we would visit my maternal grandmother in St Lambert , we would ,if I had had a good school report , stop a the local Miss Italia...they still have a special , unique taste ...probably extra oregano in the sauce and some fennel seed in the meat...still as good as I remember which is rare as our tastebuds change as we age.

I recently moved to the area and stumbled upon this amazing pizza restaurant. If the quality of their other dishes is as great as their pizza, you won't be let down.

We ordered at 4:02 on a Friday evening to avoid the evening weekend rush. After an hour of waiting we called back to be told our delivery was on the road. Obviously....this was an absolute lie since 28 minutes later a young delivery boy shows up to our place apologizing claiming the pizza was never given to him to deliver. This means....we are now well over an hour and a half of waiting. We check our order only to find our fries completely cold, a soggy and frozen sub (which was supposed to be hot) and cold cheese pizza. We call back, and Denise the employee who lied to us doesn't apologize or offer any compensation whatsoever. We ask to talk to the owner. They give us his St Lambert number.....we call him...same thing!!!!!! Where is your customer service????? We just waited an hour and a half, called at a time when you were not busy...you offer no apology, no compensation...NOTHING. Rest assured this message will get out to our community!
