Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I walked in to find the employees complaining so loudly that I could hardly hear anything. It seemed like the quality of the food suffered because they were more focused on their breaks than on their work. I suggest the management could benefit from better training. Unfortunately, my initial impression was spot on. I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich that was drenched in sauce. It felt like the franchise owners were not really engaged with their team or the customers. The only highlight of my visit was the smoothie, which turned out to be enjoyable.

I attempted to contact the manager at least ten times over the course of a month, but I still have not received my refund. The last time I spoke to the manager, they assured me that everything was in order and I should see my refund within a week. However, it’s now been almost three weeks since then. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this situation is just unacceptable.

The kids working here are clueless AND rude, a combo I didn?t think could be possible. The blue haired girl is so nasty every time. Hopefully someone will give her an attitude adjustment one day. I wont be back.

I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled pick-up time. When I called the restaurant, the girl who answered simply said "okay." I chose to use a wheelchair for medical reasons, so I shouldn’t have to stand around or walk excessively.

Order the Thai chicken sluice and it was not until after I had ordered it, they let me in another customer who ordered the same sandwich know that there was no Thai peanut sauce and so the sandwich was very dry. I also ordered the Kale stole they didn't tell me until after my sandwich was made, and I ordered them to be there. I saw on the cake she took about 15 to 20 minutes to make this dry chicken sandwich
