The Pretzel Lady - Saint Augustine

The business was great even when opened to the public a few days. I really enjoyed their pretzels but now the only way to purchase their products is to pay to have them mailed to their neighbors. Not a good way to keep costumers. They need to find a way to keep their loyal local customers.

Samantha recently supplied the pretzels and set up for my appetizers for my wedding and she did AMAZING! There is a gold set up where the pretzels hang from hooks. She supplied everything you need for any catering event. She is easy to contact, quick to respond, and my guests at my wedding are EVERY pretzel. Hands down, best pretzel and beer cheese I have ever had!

Would suggest calling ahead to be sure they are actually open, especially if you are driving from a distance. Was there today, on a Friday, around 1:15pm and door was locked with no one there. Attempted to call and no one answered. Explanation not found on their Facebook page. Another vehicle pulled up next to me when there, attempted to go in and were not happy either. I understand things happen but when you run a business it is important to adhere to your posted business hours or make a clear announcement, especially when you are only open three days per week. Can't give any input on how the actual pretzels are, as I have yet to try one, but was definitely turned away by this experience.

This pretzel place is one of the best in town. I love this place I am always looking forward to a Thursday/Friday or Saturday when they are open. I especially love the garlic butter pretzel. YUM! They truly put care with their pretzels and truly a different kind of pretzel. I also have had their salt pretzel and those are good too. Never had a mustard with a pretzel before this place and honestly tried them all in combination and each one fits well. You won't be disappointed with them. Look forward to some of the fairs and seeing them there as well. Try this place don't miss them!!!

I understand their decision but wish it was open Sundays. The man working at the time could be one of the all time friendliest people I know. Their sign doesn't stand out and I don't see it as pedestrian friendly but worth the effort to go. Attention pretzel-purists (like me from Pretzelvania) he was happy to keep any butter away from mine. Butter does NOT belong on pretzels! Will return.
