Romano's Pizza - Saint Augustine

Ordered online 3 calzones. 20 minutes til pickup. I arrive 20 minutes to pick up my food. Sign receipt and was told it would be right out. 30 minutes go by and I’m asking where my calzones are. He says just a minute and talks to another customer. 20 more minutes go by and i am done. Ask for a refund. Cant do that she says. I then find out my order isn’t in the oven yet. Then she states if we were to tell you it would be 50 minutes online you wouldn’t order. It’s been over an hour! I just looked at her and demanded my refund. What a joke this place is. Will not be going back.

Great little Italian restaurant that I wasn't expecting much from because of the location. I was wrong! The service was excellent and the food was decent. I've had my share of shrimp scampi and it didnt make my top 10 but everything else on the table looked great. Service is key and this place was definitely a great experience. If in the area stop by for sure.

I really love the food here. I like the atmosphere and the music that plays here as well! It reminds me of a diner back in the 1940's, although I was born way later than that. So far, the food is great here! 100% would go here again!

Had great service by a woman Marie food was on point family owned always good

Don't like the sauce. The Stromboli's just not made right. Expensive and it was a lot of dough.
