Mcdonald's - Saint Augustine Beach

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My experience was terrible. The service was awful, and I didn't receive the food I had paid for. To make matters worse, the manager said he would charge me again for something I already paid for! I will never return. This isn't the first time this McDonald's has let me down.

The service at this location is terrible, and the management is extremely unprofessional towards customers. They are quite rude, and if you decide to file a complaint with corporate, you risk being banned from the restaurant—as happened to my mom and me on separate occasions, even though our situations were unrelated. The food is consistently served cold, and when there are mistakes, they tend to blame the customers instead. Overall, it's an awful experience, and I would never return to this McDonald's. It's important for people to be aware of the issues at this location.

I ordered a shake from this restaurant. For the service, I opted for takeout. The meal was categorized as "other." The price per person was quite affordable, ranging from $1 to $10. I highly recommend their French fries. Additionally, there was plenty of parking available.

We stopped by for a few drinks around 10 am. The drive-thru line was quite long, so we decided to go inside. Once we entered, we waited to place our order, but no staff approached us, so we ended up having to use the kiosks to order, which I really dislike. It took 20 minutes just to get our fountain drinks, which were poured by a robot. Overall, we were disappointed with the service. Service: Takeout Meal type: Brunch
