Nestled on a hill with vineyards, this inconceivable location houses a magnificent, high-quality restaurant exemplary for large kitchen. Each course was absolutely...fantastic, prepared with the greatest attention, exquisite detail, not only visually appealing, but also the taste, oh this taste that you can never forget. Among the five of us, we have tried exactly about each court. I especially enjoyed the steak tarts I found when I dressed it on half a round of Focaccia, which I first dressed with delicious French salted butter. The view of the lake, the service, all unsurpassed. A very nice sous cook, Daniel, came out to say hello how the cook and his wife. This was an unforgettable culinary experience in every sense, a true feast for the senses. We will certainly return!
Everything Was perfect local fresh and homemade food ! I really recomend it to you ! It is the place to go also the chef is very friendly and the team is always available. Price/Quality honnest !
Nothing to say about the food that was very good, but a trifle on the salty side perhaps, so there are no salts and paprika on the tables.! Everything is locally produced, fresh and made at home and was well prepared. The menu is on the short page a lot of game on the day we were, and the service is efficient and can not wait a bit too long until the wine arrives. The only criticism is that the dining room area has little warmth and the staff might be more concerned with its guests so that the atmosphere is less formal. The restaurant has been on the move for almost 7 years and it is easy to see why on the basis of the quality of the food served. The wine list is somewhat limited with especially Swiss wines and the prices are fair. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area, although perhaps the young owners should try to be a little more adventurous in the future. Good address!
If this were in England it would be in Shoreditch or Hoxton. Very simple seating inside, but a good terrace when the sun shines. It rained so we sat in the little bar that was good. The food is inventive and delicious.... Saving cream someone?
Had the lunch so the choice was limited (a fish, a vegetarian, a pasta or a 3 course menu.) we had the menu and it was mostly excellent, with perhaps a starter somewhat less convincing. the main dish was delicious, beautifully presented and perfect...mastered the evening offer is somewhat more consistent and looks attractive. globally they no longer expect with several star originality, but this does not prevent a very pleasant high-quality meal. service is efficient and the dining room design is modern and beautiful luminous. the place is something out of the way, but nothing too complicated, 5 minutes from the autobahn. beautiful selection of mostly Swiss wines, bread average. prices a bit on the high side, but remain acceptable. good address.
