Rally's - Saint Ann

It's difficult to form a solid opinion after just one visit, but overall, my experience was quite satisfactory. The main issue I encountered was difficulty hearing the responses at the drive-thru. On the plus side, the food was tasty, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that dine-in options were available, which I've never seen at a Rally's before.

The dining room was clean, although they were quite busy. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The chicken strips were tough and seemed old. The fries were stale and soggy. The fish sandwich was not worth the price. The bacon on the burger was either overcooked or past its prime, so I had to discard it. Additionally, when I tried to complete a survey, I received an error saying my email was incorrect.

The restaurant is decent. It looks appealing from the outside since it's relatively new. However, the wait in line is long and slow. Once you reach the intercom, it takes quite a while for them to process your order.

To be honest I've had some rough Goings at Rally's. It seems like since things started happening like doordash and other companies like that that the rallies that I am near wants to cater to them and is not interested in me.

They always shut their shake machine off early. Laziness. Smart mouths at the window sometimes. However, the food is most always scrumptious!!
