An unpleasant experience! We went to dinner tonight, 5 people, no aperitif, no entrance, it took 45 min to have our dishes, fries archicotta, meat not tasty and hard, first disappointment! Then after 1h15 still no dessert, I go to the crate to share our waiting that is no longer bearable, someone comes to take the order and brings us the desserts. When the manager asks me if everything was okay? I'm not answering him at all! And there, nothing... in fact she asks the question because she has to, I tried to exchange it with her, she stayed in a complete mutism. No excuse, no move, nothing! Customer satisfaction is not one of its priorities, filling the box drawer is more important in his eyes. I clearly expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction with her, and... You're going to loyalty your customers, but in other signs!

Very pleasant friendly atmosphere of excellent staff choice on the map. Thanks to Bruno for his performance and good mood.

Meat is good but a little expensive to eat fries like macdo! We were cold at the very small, heated restaurant inside.

Order to carry perfect nothing was hot, the beef coast was very good, bravo the team!
