I have a job for picking up into the load (camp number 74907.) I am here and they have closed the dining room so I had to go to the long line in the car thru. when I went on, they could not find the job I had put, although I verified it was charged on my card, and I verified it was from their memory grief. I explained this to the person who worked the running gear thru, and they did not provide any help in solving the problems, in the grunde does not provide customer service, and they essentially told me that I had to pay the fee back on my side. a similarity to try something, or at least that I could talk to someone else about it, even at a later time, would have been appreciated. probably some of the worst services I have, and not that it is important to them, but I will take business to other locations.

Every other time I come here, there is always something like they forget a product or two, they give me the wrong items, or eating is just bad/sampy. not surprising, but it is the norm of fast food. what can they do. the one on the east side is much better, go there instead.

I ordered using the mobile app. I received a notification telling me to my food was ready and to head to the store. So, I hop in my Uber and arrive in less than 6 mins… and end up waiting 20+ mins and I was left without a ride home by my Uber driver. The lady working the Drive through cash register seemed like she needed a job where she was not working with people. She had an “I hate the world” attitude. The food was great though!
