Paddy Wagon Sliders Food Truck

We had the Paddy Wagon Sliders truck at a holiday event in a park for about 200 people. They were there early and all set up before the first guests arrived. They had a nice variety of slider options (both beef patty and chicken). I tried the Western Bandit first and that was great. It was so good I had to go back for round 2 and had the OG with some extra bacon. Both orders came with a few tots on the side. Now these sliders have a serious amount of beef so one order is filling. I wished I had also tried the Chicken Outlaw Pesto because people were raving about that also. The Paddy Wagon team were great to work with, very friendly and took great care of all of our guests. If you are looking for a slider truck I would highly recommend them!!

Do NOT rely on this catering business for an event. We booked Paddy Wagon Sliders for an elementary school Evening with Santa event. They confirmed 2 weeks in advance. We followed up with them the day before and on the morning of the event, they replied that they never received our confirmation (we have email proof we confirmed) and it was too late for them to cater our event. We tried contacting them by email and phone to see if anything could be worked out but they never responded. Do yourself a favor and don't rely on this business.

Some of the freshest and tastiest sliders I've ever had! I'm a big fan of burgers/slides and these sliders rival the ones at brick and mortar locations. The Korean tots were delicious and had a unique flavor to them. If you want these you better be the first ones because they sell out quick! On the sliders side, you really can't go wrong with any of them but my go to is the OG. It goes great with the tots mentioned above. If the PWS sauce is ever available, make sure you jump on it because it goes with literally everything. I've put it on kababs, pizza, sandwiches, tamales and much more. Just wish I can stock enough of it. Lastly, if you ever see two little studs working on the truck be sure to drop them a decent tip! It's rare to see kids their age working hard like them no a days. They provide awesome service to the truck and are the most down to earth kids you'll ever meet.
