I would give this place a 0 or negative rating of if I could. Most bland, tasteless and pathetic food, the food from hospitals tastes better than this. Got the organic tofu bowl and it smelt bad and spoilt.

Umami Express is excellent. Good quality, healthy, and appealing to your taste buds! My favorite. They also have delivery on Uber Eats, etc. If you are having a bad day, order one of their meals... Guaranteed to cheer you up! ‍‍

Very pleasant flavors, nothing overwhelmingly intense or salty, well cooked overall.

This place is legit!!! I ordered the Protein Lovers Bowl and it was delicious!!! I have been to one of these ghost kitchen in San Diego once and it was disappointing so I was little hesitant when I got there but glad i did!Food was ?Service was on point, recipet said it would 10-12min for the order to be ready and thats exactly how long it took and I loved that!I’d be happy to visit here again when I’m in San Jose!!! ???
