Fuji Huoshao Dumpling - Sahibabad

I really like the pan fried dumplings with pork chive. The food is pretty decent and known for the beef huoshao. Service is really kind and soup is spot on. It is very light and lamb is tender. Good place for this type of food.

Love this spot. Parking was free and easy in the lot out front (entrance on Miller Ave). A small restaurant but a decent amount of seating inside. Simple menu, easy to follow. We ordered for takeout, and service was super friendly and helpful. And our food was ready in less than 15 minutes. We got the beef huoshao, three deluxe pork, chive, shrimp dumplings (pan fried), and lamb with onion dumplings (pan fried), and all of our dishes were cooked perfectly and had really great flavor. We especially loved the beef huoshao, which were like flat flaky biscuits of goodness (reminiscent of pate chaud vietnamese pastries, which we love). I also really liked the lamb dumplings, not too gamey in taste, which made it rather delicious. Honestly, everything was good, so I'd certainly return for the same dishes, and try more on their menu too.

Wow the lamb noodles knocked my socks off. Very friendly folks work here. It's small and unpretentious but also not expensive and the food came quick. I liked the pork Huoshao dumplings too, but the noodles were really a revelation and I will look forward to coming here again to enjoy them all over again. :
