Went here yesterday n called today to try n explain what happened encountered the rudest so called supervisor named KarenFits her she kept talking over me even when I asked is there another Manager I can speak with she rudely said no this is the steps we must take then said if u go to target they would ask for a receipt I told yes I know that seeing how I'm a store manager myself but her over talking me did not allow me to tell the rude sarcastic idiot that my cell phone case containing receipt credit card n cash was stolen at 5 guys while getting my kids food . So I'm just not going there that Karen girl needs to be fired .

The app gave error when I placed my order, then I retried and ended up getting charged twice. At the time the staff member insisted that I wouldn't be charde twice, just wait for the trasaction stauts to change from pending and see. 3 days later both charge trasactiona changed to confirmed state and I came over hopefully to get refund. Only got to know that only manager can help, whom you have to come over early in the morning to speak with.
