Wendy's - Saginaw

Absolutely brilliant experience! We arrived around 10 o'clock after a long day and were all feeling quite tired. Then, I believe the manager, named Lee, came over and truly made our day. He laughed and even cried with us, which was wonderful. Long story short, he deserves a raise!

My Coke and my wife's lemonade were served without ice. The Coke was warm and flat, making it undrinkable. Additionally, I didn't receive my double stack, and none of our spicy chicken sandwiches came with lettuce. Despite the service being quick—especially considering this location is usually quite slow—I won't be returning today.

I've been to Wendy's several times, and I've noticed that something is always missing or incorrect with my order. It's so frustrating!

I order a southwest avocado salad combination. n I have all gone to work to see that they forget my avocado. I'm so upset. I called, no one answers.

The taco salad I had here was very good. Fresh lettuce and not skimpy on the toppings. I ate inside and the lobby and dining area was immaculate. Although there was an expected line during the lunch rush, my order was filled within seconds of placing my order. Very friendly staff ... I will definitely visit this Wendy's again.
