After we were here for the first time in March and the vacation was rather mediocre for various reasons, we now tried a second attempt. This time we opted for an apartment instead of a hotel room with our 5 year old daughter. So there was significantly more space. However, the apartments are rather sparsely furnished, they don't really feel comfortable, but they are enough for sleeping. In addition, everything was clean and functional. We booked half board again. Even though the price is obviously much more expensive, the food is great. Nothing is left to be desired and the evening buffet is worth every cent! The selection is very large and everything tastes great too. Even if there is a bit of a traffic jam at the buffet, you are on vacation and have time : Next door is the swimming pool (included in the booking price! , which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. This is also a bit old, but seems well maintained. In contrast to spring (increase in energy costs , this time we were able to swim in warm water and spent about 3 hours there every day. The associated indoor park is absolutely great for children. And thanks to the childcare offered by the hotel, we parents were able to use the fitness studio again, which is very well equipped. Even if the rooms or apartments do not offer a high level of comfort, we had a relaxing time and will definitely come back!

This resort is just amazing. We have already been there 3 times and will be there again this year in November. Always an experience, we really like the whole concept . It was okay, but it's not really wellness if you have to get fully dressed to reach the splash. There is no direct access. The layout of the room also takes some getting used to. I've never had the bathroom open next to the room entrance door. The breakfast was really very good and left almost nothing to be desired. The staff tried very hard to cope with the crowds. I've never had to queue outside the hotel to get a table for breakfast. We will definitely pay more attention to holiday periods in the future.

The central telephone hotline is very difficult. First you have to listen to their advertising nonsense for 2 minutes. Then an employee who wants you out of the management as quickly as possible... Edit: We've been there for almost a week now. Room ok. Dead mosquito on the wall, stains in the carpet. Entrance door handle broken. I guess no one cares. Please note at reception: A separate administration is responsible for the holiday apartments. That is separate. But the worst thing was the mass check-in for breakfast and dinner. Unimaginative buffet. Long queues. At breakfast you have to stand for 20 minutes to get a table. And then like another 15 on the ONLY coffee machine! Just imagine: ONE coffee machine for what feels like 200 guests! An absurdity. We have also stayed in other family hotels. There were three of them standing there! The staff is therefore listless and overwhelmed. Sometimes the drink you order doesn't come until you've already finished the main course! Man man man. The service is a disgrace. I can allow myself to judge this because I am a trained waiter and have worked in the catering industry for 10 years. What we liked was the Splash adventure pool! Really great and familiar. That took a lot out of it. Children and parents get their money's worth.
