Domino's Pizza - Sagamore Hills

Wanted to send a review because I feel bad for what happened. I ordered a pizza and ask to have placed on chair near door and when It said it was delivered I looked out and didn't see it. Called up and the manager was real friendly and offered a free 2 liter and that they would make a new one. When driver arrived and knock on door and I opened I seen the old one sitting on the door step. Sorry for the inconvenience. I appreciate everything you all did. Great job by them.

Always prompt, always hot, and everyone is polite. Store is clean.

Personally whenever I order past 9:00 Ryan always makes my pizza and i am here to say it it cures my munchies 100% THANK YOU RYAN YOU PIZZA SLAPS

The Pizza was good. However, the staff was cold, and unemotional. No opening or closing greeting. They acted like they didn't care if a customer was there or not. The two individuals working that day need a refresher course on Human Being 101

I ordered a pizza today, which was supposed to arrive in 30 minutes. An hour later, it had not arrived. I called the store and was told it was left on my porch. It wasn't. So, they said they would remake it and send it over. 45 minutes later, still no pizza. The guy was supposed to call when he got there. So, I called back, and the first manager had left for the day. The second manager said he wondered why the order was returned. He apologized and offered me a free pizza next time, but I said, if they were never going to deliver it, there was no point. I won't give them another chance.
