Taylor's Kitchen - Sacramento County

Excellent food, great wine list. Staff were friendly, quick, knowledgeable. The noise level got a bit obnoxious at several points as the place was packed.

Valentines Day combined with birthday. Dinner was 4 courses, and food was very good.

Overall for the price I did not feel that Taylor Kitchen left up to the price to value ratio.

We ate at Taylor's on Valentine's evening and it was a per-determined menu e with a bottle of champagne. My wife does not eat red meat and they seamlessly substituted the steak for salmon. The other courses included a beets salad and brown butter sauteed Scallops. The dessert was equal to the rest of the meal, but it included a raspberry sherbet that was to die for. Unfortunately, not sold separately. I highly recommend this restaurant, the food is excellent as is the service, very efficient and attentive without being stuffy. They not giving the food away and they are very proud of their product, but is well worth the food and the experience. Ken Akins

We haven't been here in over 2 years and it's only improved. Every dish was perfect, the staff was wonderful and the wine selection just right. Highly recommended!
